I made this while watching a friend of mine play Dark Souls. I wanted something sort of slow, melodic, off beat, uncomfortable. The original take was recorded on a very down-tuned acoustic guitar (CGCFGC), and then I used Logic Pro X for EQ, adding choir/backing vocals, pads, and drums via a Sampler.
