Jag \u00e4r nu inne p\u00e5 vecka 13\/15. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jag satt och kikade p\u00e5 barfotal\u00f6pning d\u00e4r Tony Riddle tr\u00e4nar med Rich Roll &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4zFvEBSTYx8\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4zFvEBSTYx8<\/a>. I teorin vet jag ju om hur det ska g\u00e5 till, och t\u00e4nkte att det hade varit kul att testa barfota n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng.  Men s\u00e5 blev det \u00e4nd\u00e5 ett helt vanligt pass, cirka 60 minuter l\u00f6pning i lugnt tempo. Men redan efter uppv\u00e4rmningen k\u00e4ndes det annorlunda i kroppen. Jag lade p\u00e5 minnet hur fokuset f\u00f6r Tony inte var is\u00e4ttningen av f\u00f6tterna utan ist\u00e4llet lyftet bak\u00e5t. Och det bara klickade. Mitt tankes\u00e4tt \u00e4ndrades fr\u00e5n att f\u00e5 benen att rulla som ett hjul till att lyfta snabbt bak\u00e5t. Och helt pl\u00f6tsligt s\u00e5 gick det inte \u00e5t s\u00e5 mycket energi, man bara studsade fram.
